Dulwich College
BRAND IDENTITY / GRAPHIC DESIGN / ART DIRECTION

Dulwich College is an independent school for boys in south London, founded in 1619 by Shakespeare’s theatre colleague, Edward Allen, the magnificent buildings in the heart of the campus date back to 1869.
Working directly with the Master Dr Joseph Spence and the college Marketing Director as lead design and creative director. The ambition was to modernise and give structure and consistency to the identity which had evolved organically without any clear direction. A brand hierarchy was developed to work across The College, The Junior School and Infants' School. Along with a bold colour palette, an assymmetric blockwork graphic style was developed to reflect the energy and diversity of the school, incorporating both modern and historical elements and details.
